The situation in Syria is to escalate out of all proportions, where mass exodus of people not before seen in a country will happen
There will be practically no people left for the Government to govern and the total collapse of the financial sector is already occurring
No one is in any doubt that Bashar al-Assad needs to be removed for the country to have any chance of rebuilding itself
At this time this is not possible and so the continued decline remains unabated
Even the rebels are now questioning their motives as the destruction all around them with the chaos that follows leaves one with little hope
Even with industries, that wish to come in to rebuild this broken country, will not want to while Bashar al-Assad remains in power
His days are numbered as more of his internal guard are now leaving in their droves
They go not to fight, but to escape from all the carnage that surrounds them
These soldiers have no fight left in them. They feel betrayed by the very regime they fought to defend
Their minds and hearts are broken for all the world to see
They, like the Syrian people, want justice from a regime that is both brutal and dishonest
Once friendly protests were thought to bring about regime change; no one thought this carnage would continue unabated for so long
Many parts of the country are completely in ruins with no hope of rebuilding
The onslaught of rebel fighters continues down their path of destruction
The day is fast coming when International intervention will be required whether they like it or not
The humanitarian scale is already off the charts
There are many who do not have a conscience from the mess that was originally laid at their feet
All those who are in a position to make a real difference to this dilapidated state should start to make the solution for regime change
They must start to remove all that is systematically rotten about this state
The time for sitting on the fence has long passed and it is now time to take up action and bring an end to incessant bloodshed
This is for the sake of human conscience and for moral obligations
The world now looks on and, where those who are wise, it is their time now to act
The call for reunification of the Syrian people is long overdue

At last a local indigenous community win their fight against those who want to inflict their own type of religion on them

The village elders of the Mayan community will not tolerate the Jewish members wanting to impose their religion on them
The Lev Tahor members were asked to leave San Juan La Laguna after the meetings with the Mayan community
The elders accused the Jews of shunning the villagers and imposing their religion and customs, which were not accepted but continued
The Lev Tahor had settled in the village six years ago as the group searched for religious freedom
Yet they sought to impose their own religion over the Mayan community, who are Catholic and do not wish to have their religion undermined
The Mayan people stated, “We act in self-defence and to respect our rights as the indigenous people of this land”
“The Guatemalan constitution protects us, because we need to conserve and preserve our culture”
Many of the Jewish group had been living in the village for six years
However some had arrived earlier this year from Canada after they were forced out by the authorities there!
As always with these matters, there is no respect for the indigenous people
Outsiders feel they have a right to enforce their beliefs on others, who do not wish them
This is blatant arrogance and so it is right that they be cast out
The Jewish people have no concerns for these peace loving people, who wish to continue practicing their own culture
This culture has been in place for centuries and is being undermined by those whose only thought is for themselves
They were disruptive in Canada and now, in Guatemala, they just don’t get it, how disliked they are
They were accepted into the village by peace loving people, only to be abused by Lev Tahor members inflicting their beliefs on them
Their actions will no longer be tolerated and so the Mayan community has ousted them out!
The shocking revelations of the sex abuse scandal in Rotherham are where 1,400 children were exploited by Asian gangs
These children were abused over a 16 year period by gangs of paedophiles after police and council bosses turned a blind eye
They turned a blind eye for fear of being labelled racist
The senior officials who were responsible for the blatant failures saw victims as young as 11 years being treated with contempt
They were categorised as being out of control or simply ignored when they asked for help
There have been calls for Shaun Wright, the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire, to step down
It emerged that he was the councillor responsible for those children’s services at the time these events occurred
Details now of the appalling depravity in the town of the systemic failures that allowed these abuses to continue
Victims were gang raped and others were groomed and trafficked across Northern England by groups of Asian men
When these children tried to expose this abuse, they were threatened with guns
They were warned their loved ones would be raped or doused with petrol and burnt alive
There have been three previous reports into this problem, which has been suppressed or ignored by officials
This was either because they did not believe it or they did not like the findings
For years these children have been failed by councillors, police and society
Other similar high profiled cases under investigation include Rochdale, Derby and Oxford
These children are extremely vulnerable and all were let down by the agencies entrusted to protect them
Even frontline staff raised concerns, but they were not acted upon; this allowed devastating child sexual exploitation to go unchallenged
Is fear of being called a racist an adequate excuse for dereliction of duty?
This is an occasion to blame those who applied collective immunity to one ethnic group, who did so for reasons of electoral advantage
We are no longer in the 1960’s; we are supposed to be in enlightening times
From what is now being investigated we should be able to see prosecutions, resignations, sackings and forfeiture of pension rights
For those who cannot be prised out of their positions, they should not see another pay rise or promotion
The police and those in authority have failed our most vulnerable children and they need to be made an example of if anything is to change

The dreadful gang rape of a young woman, and then the burning of her home with her with her son in it, is outrageous
A military court in the Democratic Republic of Congo was aware of the army colonel who gave the orders
This woman is one of 1,000 people, who have named Lt Col Bedi Mobuli Engangela for his involvement in war crimes and crimes against humanity
He is now on trial facing these accusations, and as is customary, these perpetrators deny all the charges
They have no compassion, no sense of guilt or of right and wrong towards their abusive crimes directed towards others
Soldiers use their position of authority to hide their damaged warped minds and to justify their actions against the innocent
The innocent are those who are frail and cannot fight back
These soldiers are nothing but bullies in a uniform and that makes it alright?
The UN says the trial is a test case for the Congolese military
They have often failed to convict high-ranking officers accused of sexual violence
This colonel has violated all manner of horrendous crimes. He recruited children to become soldiers and ordered them to attack villages
It is high time that the International Force comes in to enforce a code of conduct where war is concerned
It cannot be left to rogue military officials to carry on in massacring and maiming at will
Clearly the Geneva Convention does not apply to these barbaric countries

Until these two forces can marry up together with an engineered collective strategy, then precious little is ever achieved
The mind-sets of the people involved in the Human Rights organisations are highly committed people
Navi Pillay & others are outstanding in their work & dedication into bringing in reforms to countries where human right laws hardly exist
It is a travesty of justice that so many people continue to suffer worldwide without any due redress
They remain at the mercy of archaic laws and where their rights are never represented or even heard
People are locked up for decades or disappear without trace and where the rule of law is but a by-product of what it is supposed to be
In the case of Syria, mounting pressure from all sides is now being implemented and war crimes will eventually be targeted
The regime of Bashar al-Assad is in disarray and he is not aware of a plot to assassinate him when the time is right
Many have already tried but failed
The day is coming when his own men will no longer commit themselves to his own brand of evil
They will want to walk freely from this oppressor
They will seek asylum amongst the opposition groups, who are still holding out even though supplies are in short supply
Syria will fall, but not in the way most politicians think. There will be an upsurge and then the coup de grâce will be delivered
See a young general take over and from then on a political solution will be found
It will be with the right advisors, so that Syrians can return to their homes at long last!
Until an International Law Enforcement Agency comes into operation there will be no peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians
The law has to determine the criteria on several aspects of security of settlements
International trade to both sides can bring in lasting peace and stability
Borders need to be re-established and where the International Law Enforcement Agency is the overseer in all disputes
All will be made accountable by the Law
Courts will need to be set up to oversee that everything is maintained for either side
Until the Law is brought in and upheld, there will be no lasting peace and prosperity, as both sides wish only to have their own agenda
Peace talks will never come to anything
They can never amount to anything, as both sides are committed to interfere constantly to maintain their own agenda
For the sake of peace for the people on both sides, the International Law Enforcement Agency must be established
Because of the constant wilful disruption of the peace initiative, neither side can be trusted any longer
Both sides have constantly violated the peace negotiations for years
So now it should be taken out of their hands, as trust to deal with these matters has consistently failed
The matter needs to be taken up by the Higher Courts to establish peace and security for both sides
Both sides are responsible for horrific atrocities and they will be brought to justice
The eyes of the world must now see that an end to this horror must finally come to an end
Egypt can no longer be a part of the peace initiative as they are in the pockets of Israel and their employers the US
Egypt is never impartial – that is why the Law, which is right and honest and takes no sides, must be the only impartial solution here
For over 60 years this unrest has carried on
Many countries are responsible for this situation and that is why these countries can no longer become involved
Their mess has brought about this situation
The Law is the only solution and where Officers of that Law remain to see it is upheld without interference
Then it can succeed for the people
The world needs to see an end to these atrocities committed by both sides

Nick Clegg has insisted his Liberal Party has changed. Who is he kidding? Certainly not the electorate, who know the party of old

This party will never be taken seriously while they remain the party of misfits and sexual scandals
Lord Rennard was suspended for bringing the party into disrepute after failing to apologise over allegations of a sexual nature
There have been ten women who have complained about his inappropriate advances
It now turns out that Nick Clegg knew about these problems as early as 2008, yet Nick Clegg denied any knowledge of these happenings
To say the party has abandoned these women is an understatement
Some of these ladies have left the party, as they feel their treatment by Lord Rennard had not been dealt with seriously
Another abusive MP was Cyril Smith, who sexually abused boys in local children’s homes
Police now believe he was a serial abuser. The evidence is overwhelming that young boys were sexually and physically abused by Smith
Chris Huhne lied about allegations that he had given his speeding points to his wife, who he later abandoned. He went on to resign
Prime Minister David Lloyd George managed to wheedle out of many indiscretions
He seduced and molested scores of society ladies, Liberal donors and colleagues’ wives
Jeremy Thorpe, who had an affair in 1961 with a stable boy and, in 1978, the Court charged him with conspiracy to have his lover killed
This is just a small part of the depraved history of these Liberal politicians
How can they stand up to the electorate and propose law and order and take the moral high ground?
Their party is tainted by lies, deceit and criminal offenses

What has been done to the Iraqi Christians, who equally have lost everything? They too were killed
They were forced from their homes and had to flee to Lebanon. We have done nothing to help our own

The US has to put its own created problems in Iraq in order and finish the job it started

The world now needs to appoint an International framework of law and order that serves all the people of this world

A Dutchman honoured by Israel for hiding a Jewish child during World War II has handed back his medal
The reason was that six of his relatives were killed in an Israeli air strike on Gaza
Henk Zanoli, aged 91, wrote to the Israeli embassy in The Hague to say he could no longer hold the honour
Zanoli said an Israeli F-16 had destroyed his great-niece’s home in Gaza killing all inside
Henk Zanoli and his mother were awarded the Righteous Among the Nations honour by Israel in 2011
The reward was for their help in sheltering a Jewish child from the Nazis in their family home in 1943-45
Mr Zanoli said to hold onto this honour was an insult to his family, who he lost four generations in one strike on 20th July 2014
Mr Zanoli, a retired lawyer, offered sharp criticism of Israel’s offensive
Such actions could lead to convictions of war crimes and crimes against humanity
Israel’s propaganda machine towards its own kind shows a blinkered view of what the people of Gaza have suffered

There seems to be a breakthrough in India’s Government thinking regarding women at long last
Narendra Modi, India’s new Prime Minister, has said India has been shamed by recent rape reports
He has called on parents to take responsibilities for their sons’ actions
The parents must teach their sons the difference between right and wrong
Parents must bring up better sons and not just question their daughters
The growing sex crimes against women had left Mr Modi ashamed and he also asked that Indians stop discriminating against female children
Mr Modi appealed to doctors to end abortions of female foetuses as there was already a skewed sex ratio
Scrutiny of sexual violence and rape in India is high on the agenda
This was due to a 23 year old student, who was gang-raped on a bus and later died of her injuries
The perpetrators were given life sentences
India’s women athletes have won 29 medals in the Commonwealth Games. This at least is a very proud moment for women in India
Mr Modi is also concerned by the all-pervasive filth which is around. India must end open-air defecation and build more toilets
Every school should have their own toilets. This should have been done decades ago. We are in the 21st century after all

Again the police lied saying there was a struggle and the officer suffered facial injuries
All this to cover up their crime against the innocent
Too many black teenagers have been killed with no thought of who they are – human beings
A Florida man shot dead a teenager over blaring rap music, he simply lost it
The state attorney said evidence against Michael Dunn aged 47 proved that he could not have been acting in self-defence
This was the time when he killed Jordan Davis aged 17 in November 2012
Dunn shot round after round after round at the SUV car in which Davis sat

That is because they were white. If they were black more manhandling would have happened
It is right for the people of Ferguson to get justice for this young teenager
Civil rights and respect must finally be seen to be done, so both blacks and whites can live in peace

At last hundreds of rhinos are being evacuated from South Africa’s Kruger National Park to save them from poachers
The move is part of a plan to curb illegal hunts for rhino horn
It is estimated that 500 rhinos each weighing more than a tonne will be moved to safety
South Africa is home to more than 80% of Africa’s rhino
The illegal poaching has risen sharply from 13 rhinos killed in 2007 to 1,004 in 2013
The relocations from the Kruger National Park coupled with the creation of ‘rhino strongholds’ could allow the rhino population to survive
Hopefully their numbers will grow too
The conservation of rhinos is of paramount importance as they are now considered an endangered species
New imposed, tougher penalties for those hunting rhinos illegally are already in place
Although international trade in rhino horn has been illegal since 1977, the demand remains high in Asian countries
The rhino horn is used traditionally in medicine and as a symbol of wealth
Until education is given throughout Asia that these animals have as much right to roam this planet as humans, then nothing will ever change
Man’s greed is always the destructive force. It is never a force for good
The other way is, to remove the horn surgically to save the animal in the long term, without a horn it will be of no value to the market

Haider al-Abadi is, on the request of Iraq’s President to form a new Government, thus ousting out Nouri al-Maliki
Al-Maliki has been seen to have been the stumbling block in bringing about a united Iraq
His own policies of keeping an all-inclusive Government of Shias have been his downfall
Now there will be an all-inclusive Iraqi Government to allow for a strong base to collectively do away with the Islamic State militants
They have already raged havoc over the north of Iraq and in many parts of Syria
They are well organised and well equipped and they have no trouble in recruiting fellow Muslims to assist them in the fight
As many as forty men suspected of fighting in Iraq and Syria have been arrested by police in Kosovo
This operation in targeting Islamic extremists, some 200 Kosovo Albanians have already travelled to the Middle East to fight
Some 16 of them have died
Those who have been arrested were involved in the Islamic State and Syria’s Nusra Front
The major concern is that when these rebels return to Europe they could well be engaged in further recruitments
Their ideology could spark off violence in Europe. This will be a constant worry throughout Europe and other parts of the world
Britain has already seen many Muslim men leave to fight in these countries
This call for action almost mesmerizes them. They have no will of their own to refuse. They must take up arms to fight
Because Islam has many different factions within its faith, it has been decreed by their law that it cannot be opposed
What is said must be done and no one has the luxury of thinking for themselves – that is simply not permitted
So the danger here is that the decree to fight overrides any thoughts of, “Is this right or is this wrong?”
That line is unacceptable and so the dictate is carried out

The world continues to plunge ever deeper into war, where conflict is rife on so many levels
It is Mankind who has lost his way with tolerance and love for one another
Instead, hatred of every kind is now the norm in certain areas of the world
Until we can settle our differences and bring about what is fair and right, then these dissents will continue forever more
All religions have love at the heart to their teachings, yet little is shown in the battle-scared lands we have today
All wish to live in peace and sanctuary, but it is those hell-bent on power and destruction that is at the very heart of our dilemmas
They feel no love in their hearts, only the maiming and killing of others, which they strike deep into the hearts of men and women
When they finally pass from this world of ours into the next dimension, they will all be shown the lives they have led
They will be shown the harm they have caused to so many
It will be from that time that they must atone for their actions in however many years it will take
They will have no other to blame but themselves, as it was their hand which struck the first blow
Even past presidents and all politicians, whose narrow-minded attitude brought people to war when there was no need for it
It was only the power they sought that enticed them into battle – nothing more
It is high time now that countries start to see their hand in the battles that are around the world today
To take over another’s country and call it your own, as in colonisation, will always have repercussions
It is their will which has been forced onto the innocent indigenous people
Their will is not in harmony with the environment of those people who reside there
Mankind has left so much destruction around the world it is now that they are reaping the rewards of their invasions
They wonder why there is so much dissent and so much ingratitude for their invasion and why the hatred is so powerful
Have we as a race learnt nothing? War is not the answer
It is high time that fences were mended and where harm has been inflicted, so new laws to bring about harmony to be restored
Until the right action is put in place to safeguard all the people, then nothing will ever change
Mankind will continue to be cut down by those who feel they have a right to do so
In the next life nothing is forgotten, all is seen and recorded explicitly and so Mankind cannot feign ignorance
Everyone will be able to see the full horror inflicted by their own hand

Nobody gets away with anything and no religion will be able to save them as there is no religion in the next dimension
Religion is a manmade concept – not made by God

David Cameron is neither in touch with ethnic minorities nor, as whole, over the British public’s feelings towards injustice
Baroness Warsi, a strong advocate for Tory policies, is like many people dismayed at the lack of concerned by Mr Cameron
Cameron’s inaction over the plight of so many dead women and children has not even stirred his imagination
Very little has been stated by his outrage, there has to be a moral conscience attitude to what is going on in Gaza
The British people feel it and yet Mr Cameron is slow to move
It takes another member of his Government to take a moral stance here before anything is done
We, as a nation, can no longer hide behind the coattails of America – we have to do what is morally right
As Margaret Thatcher did over the Falklands, she went to America for help and was denied it
In spite of this, she took the brave course of going it alone for the sake of what was right
We went in too late into Bosnia with so many slaughtered by the Serbs
We can no longer sit on the fence, but must do what is morally right as it is our fault that Palestinians suffer
They suffer as they do because we walked out on them in 1948 leaving them then to be massacred by Israelis
Why have our politicians no conscience and why should they expect to remain in power for their sakes alone and not for doing what is right?
This Government will clearly loose votes because it is only themselves they are worried about
They are not concerned about what is being done about injustice in the wider world
Many politicians have resigned over actions or the lack of action by their Government
Mr David Davies resigned over his conscience regarding the erosion of civil liberties in the UK
Robin Cook resigned over Tony Blair’s illegal commitment to military action in Iraq
Clare Short and John Denham all resigned over the illegitimacy of the war in Iraq
It is these people of conscience that one needs in Government
They find their jobs become untenable in the light of mismanagement by their superiors
We are fortunate to have these people to stand up & say what is right & not be like most politicians, only after the security of their jobs
America is now reaping the rewards for putting their own puppet man in power
Because he was corruptible he did not do what was best for the country, but what was best for him
Nouri al-Maliki has proven to be an inept Prime Minister and has brought about a failed state
This Prime Minister continues to produce further hatred between Sunnis and Shias
Al-Malaki has failed to bring Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds into a governing coalition and is now waging war against Sunni militants
His lack of governing has allowed IS fighters to bring in their own form of radical law and order, which is both severe and frightening
The IS recognise only their form of Islam and are not prepared to allow people of different faiths to live alongside in peace and harmony
Nouri al-Maliki has a lot to answer for
He is fully responsible by his power hungry and arrogant ways to see the harm he has brought on the Iraqi people
America at the same time has to take its fair share of the blame by not introducing an exit policy after the war ended
By putting their own puppet Prime Minister in power they continued making a mess of governing
Everybody reaps what they sow, but it is always the innocent people who have to pay the ultimate price
Will the West NEVER learn?
As has been predicted the ceasefire in Gaza has come to an end due to talks breaking down
There will NEVER be an end to this conflict until those who sit around the table have impartial negotiators
They must use the law as its criterion to bring both sanity and wisdom to the table
There has to be a two state solution in place regardless of any opposition by Israel who’ve dictated policy with their supporters since 1948
It is now time for the role reversal and to allow Palestinians to be able to live on THEIR OWN LAND in freedom
This must be without retaliation from the aggressor, who started this process of ethnic cleansing from day one
The world besides Palestinians is waiting for this to happen
It can no longer be the aggressors who hold power to dictate their policies forever more
Remember World, it was NOT the Palestinians who invaded the Jews and took their land, it was the other way around
There needs to be an independence and where the world now has to speak on these moral and righteous grounds
They must do so without the heavy handedness of America and Israel calling the shots all the time
The double standards by America regarding going into Iraq to bomb IS, who they say are massacring thousands of people
Yet it is perfectly fine in their eyes for Israelis to massacre Palestinians
It is these double hypocritical standards that the world must now stand up to and speak out about the aggressors
Otherwise we all could well be in the same boat
How many lives need to be lost before justice is seen to be done, not only in the eyes of Mankind, but in God’s also?
Remember we are all created equal in God’s image
Aggressors are born out of retaliation to an unjust hardship as they see it
Until tolerance towards humanity is shown so that we can all learn to live together, there will continue to be wars and unrest
The diplomatic solutions are breaking down constantly, because fairness is never on the negotiating table
There is only a one-sided approach/agenda and that is why negotiations continue to breakdown
There needs to be a level playing field for all sides to be satisfied
An independent body must be assembled to make sure these terms and conditions remain intact
Respect must be maintained on both sides to avoid extensive repercussions
It is high time the world reacted to what is right and is no longer influenced by those who hold the big stick!
The Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has declared a state of emergency as the country grapples with the deadly Ebola virus
It has already been predicted by us that disease will be the main killer over many wars
The devastation caused will be more damaging to the world and it will be unstoppable
The Ebola virus is one of many viruses that will continue to spread at an alarming rate causing both panic and unrest
It will affect all classes of society with no real solutions to eradicate it
Mankind has been glib in so many ways, where war seems to override common sense on the ground
Wars, where Governments never think out the long term problems or solutions, but boldly go in where angels fear to tread
With disease now rampant in so many countries and getting progressively worse, war no longer is the solution to remove people
It is disease itself that will eradicate all that is so wrong with the world at large
Governments have ignored the plight of their people
Poverty, ignorance and entrenched religious and cultural practices have helped to bring down humanity with such a force
Aids and Bird Flu epidemics are still in existence and all are hazardous in their own way
None of us know when we will be hit and, as the strains of diseases are getting stronger, the antibiotics no longer can combat these viruses
Mankind must start to put matters right for the people of this world
They must treat them as they should be treated or situations will continue to spiral out of control
None of us any longer can afford to be complacent. We all must act responsibly
John Kerry has urged the Israelis and the Palestinians to take advantage of the Gaza truce
Kerry urges them to move towards broader negotiations and a two state solution
What is really needed here is an independent group of negotiators, who do not have a gun held to their heads by either Israel or America
It needs a person/or group who will remain honest and impartial and who would do the right and moral thing
Especially as neither side any longer trusts the peace process
There needs to be an independent authority to say this is how it will be
As it stands right now those involved are John Kerry for the Americans and Israelis…
…Ban Ki-moon, who is influenced by America and Egypt, which sides with Israel and America
There is no point in Ban Ki-moon remonstrating and doing nothing about it. It is not his family which is being blown up
Ban’s words do nothing to change the status quo and Israel keeps laughing on as no one is man enough to take them on
That is why there needs to be impartial negotiators to perform in the right and honest way
Otherwise there can never be an effective brokered deal
There needs to be a law-abiding, impartial body with peace and not politics at the heart of its agenda
That independent body must act within International Law and use that law now to implement and maintain change
The situation will have to act unconditionally, where the law comes into force to implement situations on both sides
Then the two states are produced and therefore at last both sides are saved
Any breach of that law-abiding contract on either side will see the law enforced immediately and severely
Either side will be held accountable for the consequences of that breach and will be brought to trial
After more than 60 years of failed negotiations that time has now passed
A final document instructing a two state situation needs to be implemented
Reparation for the devastation caused must/will be met by Israel & America
It was their bombs at the end of the day, which devastated this concentration camp
All previous talks have been jeopardised by Israel and further atrocities have occurred
This is their excuse for building further settlements on land that is not legally theirs
Even America has admitted to this, yet still does nothing!
Every country has the right to defend themselves except Palestinians it seems
Palestine has been disproportionately attacked by rockets as opposed to virtual sticks and stones
Those who are in the military understand this difference. We all know here who the true aggressor is and what’s more they know it
It is Palestinian families who have had to re-build their demolished homes for a fourth time. The same cannot be said of Israeli homes
There has always been a David and Goliath situation
It is high time that justice is now seen to be done and a level playing field is presented
Are there any honest men and women out there, who will finally meet their destiny and put this situation to rest?
It really is their time in history now!
Shame on Ban Ki-moon, shame on President Obama and John Kerry – the blood of all these victims in the Gaza War is on your hands
The time has long passed for disgruntled euphemisms over the Gaza War
There will be no peace settlement, as Israel is hell bent on destroying a race so that it can obtain all the land for itself
It is like the Bosnian War, where Bosnian Serbs began a policy of cleansing large areas of non-Serbs
After the war a tribunal declared that the cleansing was actually genocide and convicted Karadzic and his military commander of war crimes
By the lack of decisive action of the UN, Gaza becomes yet another failure like Srebrenica where murder was daily carried out with impunity
Srebrenica is the West’s greatest shame with every life lost underscoring the failure to act in time to avert this mass slaughter
America and the UN must come out of their box
They have created it by unworkable diplomatic strategy in giving Israel even more arms and money
By insisting on traditional peacekeeping principles the war keeps raging
The US Congress is bent on taking the moral high ground in favour of Israel
They do so without even taking responsibility for the consequences of their actions
The truth now is that Israel has gone too far, the world sees it and the world knows it to be true
Israel is the cancer eating away at American foreign policy and the UN credibility is now non-existent
Until Israel understands that if they do not concede to outside solutions it will cost them dearly
There now needs to be military action on the ground to maintain the peace and make good on all the devastation
The UN must secure power supplies to the people of Gaza and restore much needed water and sewage facilities
The UN must restore normal civilian life with no more concentration camp embargos
The time for talks has long passed with numerous attempts of peacekeeping objectives by John Kerry, President Obama and Ban Ki-moon
All of which have failed, because Israel does not want it!
This situation has been going on since 1948, when will you do something about it?
Action over words is now the priority unless, like Srebrenica, you continue to have blood on your hands and a conscience of inaction
The world must now look at itself as a whole, as opposed to lots of different countries all joined together in one way or another
We are all human with many different fears & aspirations where differences of opinions matter, but equally there can be found common ground
It is this common ground that needs to be built on
We must all recognise that we need clean water to drink and where land is fertile for crops to be grown
Systems need to be put in place to safeguard what is valuable to all of us and that is our individual identities
We must learn to put aside our fears and start to trust one another
If we can’t abide by these common decencies then there is no hope any longer in this world of ours
As humans, we are all the same. We need love to sustain us, as well as food and shelter
We need to be accepted for who we are and to respect other beliefs besides our own
We are all linked in this global soup where no one is alone, as we all depend on each other for our needs
The Animal Kingdom is an equal partner in all this. We rely on animals for food and clothing
Animals sustain our needs, as do plants and our natural surroundings
There has been greed and abuse to our world and that is where we have suffered and the cost has been dear by wrong decisions taken
It is now necessary to go back to basics and to start to put our world right and this can only be done by right thinking and right action
Nothing else is possible to bring about a return to what is both decent and honest
We can no longer rely on our politicians, where many have taken the wrong decisions
It is pressure and power that consumes their very thinking
We must start to make this world a better place for future generations
That means that we must all take personal responsibility for our actions, both big and small
We have to show right decision making and instruct others into how to behave
No longer can we be allowed to sleepwalk through life and allow others to make the decisions for us
Others so often make decisions which have had a detrimental effect on our lives
Wrong decisions by Governments and bankers have had a crucifying effect on people all around the world
Yet these people continue to get away with it and nobody is held to account
There needs to be a change in the mind-set of men, that irresponsible behaviour will be dealt with and that it is no longer accepted
Punishments need to be hard and effective
People need to start to rebuild their lives without the interference of those who should know better, but chose not to be
Corruption on so many levels is now being exposed and situations are turning
Mankind can start to make a better life without the constraints of greed and wrong doing
We all must do our bit to expose what is wrong and to help put it right, if we hope to live in harmony at all!
A ceasefire was arranged for 72 hours in Gaza for needed humanitarian aid to go in, it only lasted for three and half hours
It is vital that solutions are found to an over sixty year conflict
The world has simply walked away and left the Palestinian people in this holocaust of a situation
The West is totally responsible for all this devastation when the British army withdrew from Palestine in 1948
They left all their military equipment there to be readily picked up by Israeli soldiers, who then went on the rampage of ethnic cleansing
They wiped out villages to make room for Israeli settlements and occupation
THE ONLY POWER HERE IS ISRAEL. They hold all the cards and call all the shots all the time
There is no equal situation here as Israel must always have the upper hand. What they say simply goes
What is so deplorable is that President Obama and John Kerry are imploring Israel to stop killing Palestinians
At the same time the US is supplying weapons like F16 warplanes and heavy 155mm self-propelled guns, which violates the US Arms Export Act
Apparently no one in Washington dares admit to this
At the same time, America is resuming military payoffs to Egypt’s brutish military dictatorship
All this to keep Palestinians locked up in the Gaza Ghetto. It is double standards all the time
After five decades of patient work by pro-Israel lobbyists, Israel now gives the US congress their matching orders on the Mideast
There is growing anger around the globe over Israel’s savaging of Palestinians, but Americans won’t see this
Can Washington act to enforce America’s national interests and common humanity?
Not likely! They did not do it with the apartheid situation in South Africa, so they won’t do it with the Palestinians
Israel has long timed its punitive assaults to sync with the US elections cycle
America has upcoming November elections and Israel knows it
Netanyahu tried to get a Republican into office, who would be more favourable to him as opposed to a Democrat
Israel wants to crush Hamas into dust and tell its foreign critics to go to hell. They are Israel’s bitterest foe after Lebanon’s Hezbollah
Palestinians made the mistake of resorting to rockets and mortars in this war. They are no match for Israel’s powerful weapons
Israeli worldwide supporters portray the Gaza siege as a battle between equals
They don’t give the truth, which is that Israel is shooting fish in a barrel
It does not matter to Israel that they are violating US law – the Arms Control Export Act – by using US weapons against Gaza’s civilians
Nor does Israel care that it violates International Law and the Geneva Convention
Or that much of the world sees the assault on Gaza as a crime against humanity
It is the US/Canadian Governments and media, which are on Israel’s side, therefore Israel can do no wrong
The current Israeli attacks have shut down Gaza’s sewage, water and power grid
A tactic the US used in Iraq in 1991, which caused the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children
These attacks are designed to break the will of the Gaza’s people, so they will overthrow Hamas
Netanyahu has used the Gaza crisis to repeat his objective, which is to never accept even a mini Palestinian state on the West Bank
To many Israelis, Palestinians are simply wild animals who must be caged up
By attacking Gaza, Netanyahu has made any Israeli-Arab peace deal impossible and has shown America he means business while they do nothing
For the world to see justice done, it is the responsibility of the West and the UN to get together a deal with a UN peace keeping force
This neutral force must be present and enforce the law
We have here people, a David and Goliath situation, where the odds are firmly staked in Israel’s favour
This allows them to act with impunity, totally disregarding any law while the world looks on
We ask, as so many people ask, why is it that the law can be brought in against other nations of the world, but never for Israel?
Who out there has the teeth to do something about it and bring about a solution?
Clearly it is no longer in Man’s incompetent hands and it will take a superior force to bring about a solution!
Let us pray it is not long in coming!
